Match.com is the world's largest online dating sites and was one of the early online dating services, launching in 1995.  That may not seem like so long ago but at the time not many people had even heard of online dating.  Today Match.com serves more than 15 singles and continues to improve the way single men and single women meet, flirt, date and fall in love.

Getting started with Match.com is free and very straightfoward.  You simply choose a username and password, enter your email address, birthday and zipcode.  Then there's a short questionnaire after which you can start browsing the huge database of members.

If you want to contact someone on Match.com you'll have to join but we've found that most people will quickly see the great selection of potential matches available and be very ready to give it a try.
